If you have gynaecological concerns or wish to boost female-related nutrients, I strongly endorse this product. After taking one capsule each morning and evening for approximately six weeks, I noticed a doubling of my basic follicles and there was no recurrence of vaginal urethritis. Highly recommended! The only downside is that the capsules are quite large, making them somewhat challenging to swallow.
